Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd shift forklift operator at our Northlake, TX plant. You will safely operate forklifts to move and stage materials, maintain accurate inventories, and support production teams with timely material flow.

The role requires reading and following work instructions in English, strict adherence to safety procedures, and reliability on a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM schedule. Prior material handling experience is preferred and HSE training may be provided.

• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, load, and unload materials and pallets.
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply teams as needed.
• Weigh materials and record data on labels and schedules.
• Move materials to designated areas and stage for production.
• Recharge batteries or refuel equipment and ensure equipment is in safe condition.

Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and maintained.
