Job summary

Penske Logistics in Georgetown, Kentucky is hiring Forklift Operators to move, load, locate, unload, relocate, stack and count merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse. Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, clamp, and cherry picker trucks with safety and accuracy.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong reading skills, ability to follow directions, and flexibility to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and related equipment.
• Read work orders to determine assignments.
• Load/unload trailers and move materials within the warehouse.
• Scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Open/close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Counterbalance, clamp, reach, or cherry picker experience is highly preferred.
• No prior warehouse experience required but highly preferred.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Flexible to work overtime.
