Penske Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Louisville operation. This role requires experience with sit-down, stand-up, reach, clamp, or cherry picker forklifts to move and count merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and following directions.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Read work orders to determine work assignments.
• Load and unload trailers; move materials within the warehouse.
• Accurately match numbers and letters.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling as required.
• Willingness to work overtime.
