Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Warehouse Operator II on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) in New York. You will move, organize, and track materials, operate forklifts, support shipping/receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory.

Onboarding is a structured 4–5 day program. The role offers a $21.00/hour base pay, with a $1.50/hour shift differential and bonus eligibility. Nestlé also provides a 401(k) with company match and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification eligible or obtainable.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move during shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks and verify shipments
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems
• Organize and label storage areas
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team and maintain workflow
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
