Job summary

Nestlé USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Operator/Forklift Operator to maximize order picking and loading, ensure product integrity, and maintain accurate records using systems like EWM and SAP.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to work the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu) with a base pay of about $24.86 per hour plus a $1.00/hr differential. Nestlé offers incentives and benefits as part of its total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Successful completion of post offer background checks and drug screen.
• Willing to work assigned schedule that may include weekends, Holidays and overtime.
• Must possess basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
• Experience using warehouse equipment preferred (forklift, rider pallet jacks).
• Ability to lift 40 lbs repetitively.
• Stand 6-8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to work in a freezer/refrigerated environment.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred; freezer/refrigerated environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) during order selecting and loading.
• Accurately load finished products onto delivery trucks and maintain quality inspection forms.
• Prepare required documentation to ensure high quality finished product for customers.
• Maintain performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve DC operations.
• Recognize waste and help develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Learn inventory and tracking systems (EWM, SAP).
• Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to maintain product flow and prevent disruptions.
• Conduct safety practices and maintain housekeeping and compliance.
