Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Warehouse Operator II for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) in Bohemia, NY. You will move, organize, and track materials, operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year warehouse experience; forklift certification is obtainable; able to lift 50 lbs; overtime possible. Nestlé offers a strong benefits package including 401k, healthcare, and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent).
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Comfortable around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks and verify shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
