Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator II in the New York area to move, organize, and track materials in a fast-paced warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain inventory accuracy, while performing tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed.

The role is on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. You’ll be responsible for safe operation, inventory integrity, and teamwork to deliver products reliably.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
