Job summary

SBA Home North Carolina, the USA production facility of SBA Group, is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) in Mocksville, NC. You will support warehouse operations by safely operating the forklift and handling materials efficiently.

We value candidates with forklift certification, 1–2 years of experience, and a strong safety mindset. Expect a clean, safe, and team‑oriented work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification/license is an advantage.
• Ability to operate forklift safely at all times.
• 1–2 years of forklift operator experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cargo transportation by forklift.
• Check forklift condition before starting work.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure readiness for operations.
• Unload and load goods by hand and with a truck.
• Safely transport cargo and perform quality checks.
• Stack and organize products per inventory standards.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to traffic rules.
• Maintain forklift and perform routine maintenance.

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Forklift operator to support warehouse operations by safely operating equipment and handling materials efficiently. (2nd shift 2pm-10pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out production and other cargo transportation by forklift.
• Before starting work, check the technical condition of the forklift.
• Checks whether other employees involved in the operations are ready for work.
• Performs the scheduled tasks of the day: unloading and loading works by hand and truck.
• Ensures timely and high-quality work: safely transport, quality checks of cargo, informs manager of any low-quality product.
• Stacks and organizes products according to inventory standards
• Ensures a safe work environment by driving a forklift truck in accordance with road/warehouse traffic rules.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• Maintains the forklift truck and performs high-quality technical services.
• Maintains positive working relationships and good communication with co-workers and management.
• In the event of an emergency, behaves in accordance with approved safety instructions, warning signs, and use of an evacuation plan.

We believe you:

• Having a current forklift certification/license is an advantage.
• The ability to perform functions in a safe manner at all times.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience as forklift operator.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
