Sonoco Dalton plant is seeking a Material Handler II to join our 2nd shift team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, move raw materials and finished goods to the correct workstations, verify labels, and handle paperwork for loads and receipts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
• Distribute finished goods and raw materials to workstations across the plant.
• Verify tags/labels for accuracy during handling.
• Load/unload trucks and manage related paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and assist with monthly counts.
