You will operate forklifts and clamp trucks, manage inventory, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving operations on a heavy-velocity schedule.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on forklift operation in a distribution, warehouse, or industrial setting.
• Exposure to RF scanners, overhead cranes, or track mobiles is highly desirable.
• Background in metal processing, logistics, heavy warehousing, or industrial transit is a strong advantage.
• Sharp eye for detail and knowledge of safe stacking procedures.
• Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.
• Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, transfer, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas.
• Operate heavy equipment such as overhead cranes and track mobiles to move heavy stock and position rail cars safely.
• Stack, block, and organize goods to prevent damage and hazards.
• Use handheld RF scanners to record inventory movements and process shipping/receiving logs.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain safety and compliance protocols.
