Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our on-site team in Burleson, Texas. You will read blueprints, prepare parts, and weld in all positions using MIG and FCAW processes. The role requires attention to safety, teamwork, and meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of MIG welding experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and a D1.1 test follow hire, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in MIG Welding.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Screw Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Mixers, or heavy equipment fabrication is a plus.
• Proficient in reading tape measures and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and set up components for welding per specifications.
• Weld components in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead).
• Operate grinders, plasma, oxy-fuel torch, ironworker to prep parts.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Must pass welding test; D1.1 certification test after hiring.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 10 hours days when needed.
