Job summary

NABRICO Marine Products, a leading inland marine manufacturer, seeks an experienced Foreman to lead the Decks, Bottoms, and Stern teams on 2nd Shift in Ashland City, TN. You will oversee daily production, coordinate assignments, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory or foreman experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or heavy industrial environment.
• Supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities for the Decks, Bottoms, and Stern departments.
• Assign work, coordinate employee activities, and monitor progress to meet production schedules.
• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support to production employees.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor workmanship and production processes to maintain quality standards.
• Communicate production priorities, issues, and updates with employees and management.
• Identify and address workflow challenges, equipment concerns, and production delays.
• Ensure employees have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete assigned work.
• Support employee training, onboarding, and development.
• Maintain organized work areas and promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
