NABRICO Marine Products in Ashland City, Tennessee, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, repair, and improve mechanical systems supporting our inland barge manufacturing operations.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read blueprints, install and align bearings and motors, handle welding and fabrication, ensure safety and lockout/tagout, and document work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or marine environments.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficient with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and power transmission systems.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and conveyor systems.
• Install, align, adjust, and replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and related parts.
• Weld, cut, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed.
• Read manuals and technical drawings; document work orders and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with production to resolve equipment issues efficiently; follow LOTO and safety policies.
