The Bama Companies, Inc. is seeking a Foods Refrigeration Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) to maintain and repair industrial refrigeration, HVAC, and boiler systems in a food manufacturing facility.
You will ensure safe operation and reliability of equipment and support 24/7 production. The role requires 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, a First Class Stationary Engineer license, and willingness to travel occasionally.
Formación
- 5 years Maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in food industry.
- First Class Stationary Engineer license.
- Willing to travel occasionally to support development.
- Able to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.
- HVAC system maintenance and repair expertise.
- Refrigeration recovery license.
- Six Sigma green belt.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain, repair, and operate ammonia-based refrigeration systems safely.
- Inspect and service HVAC and boiler equipment to ensure uptime.
- Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete compliance documentation for audits (AIB/OSHA/EPA).
- Support production with proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
