Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a full-time production role in our food manufacturing environment in California. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble and package products while ensuring quality standards are met and adhering to GMP, USDA, OSHA, and company procedures.

You will inspect products, document waste, and report any issues to supervision, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; document waste and issues; take corrective actions as directed.
