Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time manufacturing associate in California. You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motion tolerance.
• Willingness to rotate shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste or issues; notify supervisor as needed.
• Maintain compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMPs, and safety regulations.
