Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a full-time production role in a food manufacturing environment. The position runs on the 1st shift from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in a production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste amounts.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Follow USDA/OSHA and GMP safety regulations.
