Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role in a food production setting in Deer Park, TX. The position offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for evening hours, and a 2nd shift from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am.

You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and record waste; throw out or fix as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company GMP and safety procedures.
