Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine set-up following proper techniques.
• Monitor box quality and report issues back to operator and helpers.
• Ensure finished boxes are properly stacked for palletizing.
• Follow factory card instructions and supervisor guidance.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at capacity and speed.
• Assist training of helpers on the machine.
• Complete reports including Production Data, Machine Status, Safety and Quality Data.
• Submit maintenance work orders for needed repairs.
• Be proactive in equipment maintenance.
• Comply with safety, housekeeping and company policies.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest optimizations.
• Report scheduling issues to Supervisor.
• Work with crew for maximum efficiency and switch duties as required.
• Other duties may be assigned; regular attendance and timeliness required.
