We are seeking a 2nd Shift Flexo Press Operator responsible for setting up and operating printing presses to produce labels. This position offers onsite training, growth opportunities, and a chance to learn a skilled trade.

Job Details

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 2 PM-10 PM, with overtime as needed, plus a $2/hr shift differential.

Responsibilities

1. Read job orders and load dies into the press.
2. Install and adjust print cylinders and load inks.
3. Start and operate the press, adjusting as necessary.
4. Inspect printed samples for quality and make adjustments.
5. Perform maintenance and clean equipment.
6. Mix inks to match colors and viscosity.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 1+ year of flexographic printing experience.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity including color and depth perception.
