Qualifications

• Requires leadership of diesel maintenance teams and coaching technicians.
• Experience overseeing fleet maintenance with strong operational metrics preferred.
• Must have strong customer service and organizational skills; DOT/OSHA safety policy adherence required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
