Job summary

DTNA in Byesville, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate robotic welding cells and associated equipment in the remanufacturing process. You will run Fanuc robot flame spray and blaster cells, perform quality checks, and follow work instructions while maintaining safety and productivity.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long shifts, and the willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive hand manipulation.
• Able to stand on concrete for entire shift with lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Meet quality standards and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross train on other jobs as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding process.
• Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including lifting.
• Use tools and equipment: hoist, air tools, hand tools, grinders.
• Read and follow Work Station Instructions and specifications.
• Adhere to established work rotation plan and training matrix.
• Contribute to safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and housekeeping improvements.
