Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is hiring for a robotic welding operator in Byesville, OH. You will run Fanuc robot flame spray/blaster cells, perform quality checks, and follow standardized work procedures within a demanding manufacturing environment.

The role offers starting pay of $20.70 per hour to a top pay of $29.21 per hour, plus quarterly gainsharing and a comprehensive benefits package. Onsite work with potential shift differentials for off-shifts applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Cross-train on other jobs as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding process and related cells.
• Perform quality checks and identify components.
• Follow standard work instructions and rotation plan.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Use drawings, BOMs and specs in electronic and print form.
