Job summary

Advantage Label & Packaging in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Finisher to complete the production of a quality product efficiently while maintaining high standards. Core duties include ensuring item quality, maintaining finishing equipment, reporting issues to the Production Supervisor, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Applicants must pass a color vision test, lift up to 50 lbs, be 18 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED; the role supports a team‑oriented, safety‑driven

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality in the items they produce.
• Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process.
• Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment.
• Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.
• Communicate any problems or potential problems with other employees to the Production Supervisor.
• Assist in Quality Checks and Packaging.
• Work with office staff as a team, and with respect.
• Effectively and efficiently manage time.
