Job summary

Advantage Label & Packaging is a Grand Rapids, MI-based employer seeking a reliable Finisher to complete the production of high-quality labeling products in the most efficient manner possible. You will be part of a teamwork-oriented shop, focused on accuracy, safety, and timely output.

Primary duties include ensuring product quality, maintaining finishing equipment, communicating issues to supervision, and supporting quality checks and packaging while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Finish production of a quality product efficiently.
• Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process.
• Notify Production Supervisor of any problems with equipment.
• Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.
• Communicate problems to Production Supervisor.
• Assist in Quality Checks and Packaging.
• Work with office staff as a team and with respect.
• Effectively manage time.
