Job summary

Ventura Coastal in Visalia, CA is seeking a Finish Product Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm). You will prepare bulk blends, load and fill drums, and support packaging operations across multiple shifts as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring HACCP/CCP awareness, accurate documentation, basic computer skills, and a forklift license or the ability to obtain one. Overtime and weekends may be required. Safety, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• At least 1 year of experience in a plant manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bulk blends according to blending instructions.
• Load, unload, and move materials; operate drum filling equipment.
• Fill, label, seal, and palletize finished product containers.
• Monitor fill weights and inspect for leaks, damage, or contamination.
• Maintain HACCP/CCP documentation and follow safety rules.
