This full-time, 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm–12:00 am) requires strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and teamwork with the Production Supervisor and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Filler Operator or in a related role.
• Understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate filling machinery and related equipment during your assigned shift.
• Quality Control: Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment.
• Cleaning and Sanitization: Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols for filling equipment.
• Production Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• All other duties as assigned.
