Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Prior experience as a machine operator is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use computerized equipment in daily operations.
• Must have basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
• Must have to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and complete the labeling process.
• Remove machine guards and put them back in place.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe working environment.
• Operate the machinery proficiently according to customer specifications and the daily production schedule.
• Unload trim off trailers if needed.
• Monitor equipment to minimize downtime by blowing out equipment, motors and duct work.
• Input pertinent data into the SAP system.
• Must be forklift certified.
