Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use standard office tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Measures feed bins to check inventory.
• Batches feed for the pellet mill.
• Schedules production with the dispatcher.
• Fills out production paperwork for downtime tracking.
• Performs warehouse inventory checks.
• Fills pre-mix bin with 50-pound bags.
• Answers phone and coordinates logistics.
• Sets up trucks and guides hook-up.
