Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a 2nd Shift Facility Support Specialist. This role focuses on keeping the facility clean, safe, and well-organized to support patients, staff, and visitors.

Work hours are Tue–Fri 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and Sat 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21.00–$23.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license for travel to other facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required for travel to other facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Comfort with physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and ensure proper dwell times.
• Stock and restock cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Maintain clean and safe restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE usage; report hazards.
• Ensure waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
