Job summary

Amneal is seeking a facilities technician for a 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 3:30 PM–12 AM) to maintain and repair plumbing, electrical and building systems in a pharmaceutical production setting. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safe operations, and coordination with internal teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities include plumbing maintenance, building finishes, insulation, painting, carpentry, masonry, and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facility maintenance.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, production and/or laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plumbing, including leaks, drains and lines.
• Repairs/buildings finishes: walls, floors, ceilings, electrical, plumbing fixtures.
• Insulates building walls, ceilings and floors for sound and thermal barriers.
• Performs painting, carpentry and masonry work for operable facilities.
• Conducts preventive maintenance on all utility equipment and records activities.
• Maintains and tests filters, records equipment data for cGMP compliance.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance (fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, fuses).
• Conducts daily inspections and logs readings.
