Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade certification preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and documenting work electronically.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems per PM schedules.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across three buildings.
• Respond to work orders and safety-critical issues via CMMS.
• Minimize downtime by proactive repairs and issue identification.
• Maintain additional fixes like drywall, painting, and minor carpentry.
• Maintain electrical distribution components at a basic level and assist licensed electricians.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and on-site oversight.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of on-call rotation.
• Follow safety protocols, LOTO, and PPE requirements.
