Job summary

Bobbie Baby, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment at the Heath, Ohio facility. You will clean offices, restrooms, and common areas in line with company and regulatory standards.

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; first-shift training provided. Compensation starts at $22.00/hour with a $2 shift differential, plus benefits like medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, waste removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock supplies like soap, towels, tissue, and cleaning materials.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums.
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances, hallways, and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Sanitation Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks within timeframes.
• Secure cleaning areas and equipment after use.
• Assist with event setup, room resets, or special cleaning projects.
