Job summary

Bobbie in Heath, Ohio is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across offices, restrooms, break rooms, and work areas on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). Training will occur during the first shift.

You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation procedures while supporting event setup when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock supplies including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and cleaning materials.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, and vacuums.
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances, hallways, and other common areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the Sanitation Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks within assigned timeframes.
• Secure cleaning areas and equipment after use.
• Assist with event set-up, room resets, or special cleaning projects as needed.
