Job summary

Bobbie Baby, Inc. is hiring a Weekend Processing Operator in Heath, Ohio to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of our infant formula production facility. The role follows GMP and safety regulations with detailed cleaning, equipment teardown/reassembly, and CIP procedures.

The position offers two weekend shift options and a five-week training on first shift. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential, along with basic math and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions meticulously.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and write in English.
• Prior industrial sanitation experience in food processing or pharma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of production areas according to schedule.
• Disassemble, clean, reassemble equipment and perform CIP procedures.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and maintain sanitation records.
• Support pre-operational inspections and report safety or compliance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.
