Job summary

Bobbie Baby, Inc. in Heath, Ohio seeks a detail-oriented Processing Operator to follow GMPs and SOPs. You will operate industrial mixers, heat treatment, and dryers with a computer interface, coordinating with processing and quality teams.

The role is for the 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. You will handle raw ingredients, monitor equipment, document steps, and support clean-in-place operations, ensuring safe, compliant production of infant formula.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lifting and handling raw ingredients during weighing, staging and manufacturing.
• Operate scales, pumps, rinsers, homogenizers, dry blending and related equipment.
• Perform CIP/COP, routine housekeeping, and sanitation tasks.
• Interact with computer systems and document manufacturing steps.
• Prepare, monitor and document bulk ingredients for blending and heat treatment.
• Operate CIP system for manufacturing equipment and document operations.
