Job summary

Expect collaboration with vendors and on-call rotation. Qualifications include an HVAC/R or Facilities Maintenance program completion, 2 years of related experience, Universal CFC Certification, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of HVAC/R or Facilities Maintenance program from an accredited school.
• 2 years’ experience in facilities/maintenance role or similar HVAC/refrigeration work.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, Smartphone).
• Independent and collaborative work with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is in a safe operating condition; perform preventive and reactive maintenance; resolve safety concerns.
• Regularly inspect and test equipment and infrastructure for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair or replace failures.
• Coordinate maintenance work with vendors and inspect completed repairs.
