Job summary

Southern Cleaning Services seeks a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for a Piedmont Fayetteville Hospital account. You will manage site teams, meet KPIs, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.

The role requires strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a healthcare environment. Reports to the EVS Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly.
• Familiarity with all current health and safety regulations.
• Requires strong supervisory skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and situations.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Oversee site management teams and personnel.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Conduct routine facility inspections.
• Enforce site safety policy and training for new employees.
• Interview, hire and train new staff.
• Resolve employee and customer issues.
• Ensure equipment is in good operating condition.
• Assign tasks and inspect completed work.
