Knowledge of infection prevention, cleaning standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead second shift EVS operations, directing frontline staff and supervisors.
Coach and develop team, ensure safety, quality, and service standards.
Conduct shift huddles and performance coaching to meet goals.
Ensure cleanliness of patient rooms, procedural areas, and public spaces.
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and turnover.
Coordinate handoffs between shifts and respond to urgent needs.
Monitor inventory, EVS supplies, and equipment usage.
Support infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and Joint Commission readiness.
