Osseo Area Schools is seeking a 2nd Shift Custodian to support multiple district buildings in Maple Grove. The role includes custodial work, floor care, window and wall cleaning, and general maintenance to ensure safe, clean environments for students and staff.

The position covers responsibilities across sites, from cleaning classrooms to monitoring boiler operation and building automation, with a focus on safety, security, and responsive facilities support.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience cleaning and maintaining commercial or institutional facilities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assume full daily responsibilities of assigned custodial roles across various buildings.
• Perform custodial duties including cleaning classrooms, restrooms, and common areas; floor care, windows, walls, and general cleaning.
• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment, including minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work; monitor building automation and boiler operation.
