Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University is seeking an Aesthetics Maintenance Tech to perform preventive maintenance on guestrooms and public spaces, including painting, repairs, and lighting checks. The role supports safety and cleanliness across the property and offers 2nd or 3rd shift with overnight differential.

Location is Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas; compensation starts at $19.50 per hour plus $1 overnight differential for 3rd shift, full-time schedule, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience using hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
• Basic maintenance experience such as minor repairs and painting.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
• Willingness to learn new maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms, meeting rooms, ballrooms, and public spaces.
• Carry out repairs, touch-ups, and painting tasks; change light bulbs.
• Diagnose and fix plumbing and minor electrical issues.
• Complete rounds, run daily checklists, and report issues.
