Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in maintenance in hotels, hospitals, or similar.
• One year of experience in supervising or leading a team.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests from guests or employees.
• Oversee the workload of maintenance techs.
• Conduct inspections of work performed.
• Train and motivate Maintenance Techs.
