Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Facilities Aesthetic Supervisor for Deloitte University Hotel & Training Center in Westlake, TX. This hands‑on role oversees maintenance tasks and guides a team of techs to deliver quality results, with a focus on preventive maintenance of aesthetic finishes.

The position is full‑time, 2nd shift, weekends/holidays, salary $26.50/hour, with full benefits and on‑site parking. CDL not required, but TX driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in maintenance in hotels, hospitals, buildings, apartments, or similar industry required.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests submitted by guests or employees for general maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on aesthetic finishes throughout the hotel.
• Supervise maintenance techs, ensuring efficient work and high quality results; conduct inspections of work performed.
• Assist with training, motivating, and supporting maintenance techs.
• Manage performance of maintenance techs by providing feedback, recognition, and coaching actions.
• Ensure correct use of EMS systems and life‑safety systems (training provided).

Job Description

The Facilities Aesthetic Supervisor is a hands‑on technician who completes service work and repairs, and oversees the workload of the maintenance techs. The supervisor ensures the quality and efficiency of work performed.

Job Details:

• Status: Full time with full benefits.
• Availability: 2nd Shift; must work weekends and holidays.
• Pay rate: $26.50 per hour.
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Training Center.

Essential Functions

• Complete maintenance requests submitted by guests or employees for general maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on aesthetic finishes throughout the hotel.
• Supervise maintenance techs, ensuring efficient work and high quality results; conduct inspections of work performed.
• Assist with training, motivating, and supporting maintenance techs.
• Manage performance of maintenance techs by providing positive and corrective feedback, recognizing the team with Employee of the Month and on‑the‑spot recognition, and recommending coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure correct use of office equipment, EMS systems, and life‑safety systems (training will be provided).

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training is preferred.
• Two years’ experience in maintenance in hotels, hospitals, buildings, apartments, or similar industry required.
• One year of experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook; Word, Excel, and Teams desirable.
• Knowledge and use of a service ticketing system preferred; HotSOS experience desirable.
• Experience in most or preferably all of the following: wallpaper and vinyl repair; repair and paint drywall, wood, metal, and other surfaces using rollers and brushes; refinishing woodwork with staining, varnishing, and lacquering; repair tile and grout.
• Texas driver’s license with a good driving record required.
• Must be 21 years or older due to vehicle insurance requirements.

Compensation

$26.50 per hour.
