Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hand tools, cutting equipment, and basic shop mathematics.
• Ability to work from verbal and written instructions and routing sheets.
• Ability to detect defects and exercise independent judgment on repair capability.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, table/band saws, and hydraulic press to prep pipe for welding.
• Cut pipes to various angles ensuring tight tolerance fits.
• Kit pre-fabricated material and inventory for welding.
• Read engineering drawings and BOMs to ensure correct materials and dimensions.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and document routing sheets.
