Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Fabrication specialist for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). You will operate fabrication and machine shop equipment, read work orders and drawings, and prepare metal components.

You will use hand and power tools, inspect parts for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following all safety procedures and company policies. Prior fabrication or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication, machine shop, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift materials and work in a production environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication and machine shop equipment.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and instructions.
• Cut, drill, grind, and prepare metal components.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure quality.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support production and assembly teams as needed.
