Job summary

Tournesol Siteworks, LLC is hiring a Production Worker in Port Orchard, WA. The role involves processing steel and wood, following production leads and the Production Manager, and contributing to successful project outcomes at our Port Orchard facility.

The position requires basic physical ability, 50+ lb lifting, and attention to detail, with 2nd shift 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (training on 1st shift). Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Able to read measuring tape.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are critical.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production schedules and orders
• Inspect the quality of the material before, during and after the various processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete required paperwork for inventory purposes
• Report defective material and faulty equipment to Production Manager immediately
• Maintain a clean work environment and abide by all plant safety regulations and work rules
