Job summary

Tournesol Siteworks, LLC is hiring a Welding Lead for our Port Orchard, WA facility. You will lead a 5–8 person welding team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production, while coordinating with the Shift Supervisor and other departments.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years welding experience, a high school diploma, and ability to read CAD drawings. On-site work with opportunities for process improvement and cross-training are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities for a welding team of 5–8
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Maintain production flow and communicate priorities with visual boards
• Monitor performance against plan and address delays
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and work orders
• Support material processing for standard and custom products
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Maintain records and complete inventory paperwork
• Escalate issues to Shift Supervisor when unresolved
• Keep a clean, safe work environment
