Job summary

Salm Partners, LLC is a premier meat processing company located at 590 Woodrow Street, Denmark, WI. We are seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to manage shipping/receiving, inventory control, and production support in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Evening shifts run 2p–10p, with weekend as needed; safety and GMP compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Experience in material handling, shipping and/or receiving in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and Bills of Material.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Inventory walk-throughs to assess supply needs.
• Log inbound/outbound shipments and temperatures in logs.
• Receive inbound shipments and record lot numbers, weights and data.
• Unload/load trucks and stage products for production.
• Perform regular sanitation and GMP duties.
• Operate the baler and manage recycling duties.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory and document results.
