Job summary

Salm Partners in Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping and receiving, inventory control, and material handling to support production lines.

The role includes unloading inbound shipments, logging data, staging products, and loading trucks while maintaining GMP, food-safety, and safety standards. A forklift license/experience and basic math skills are required for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school/GED required; forklift experience preferred.
• Previous material handling/shipping/receiving in manufacturing preferred.
• Must read packing slips and logs; basic math skills.
• Knowledge of Sage ERP or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Receive inbound shipments and perform data entry into logs.
• Unload trucks and deliver product to correct locations.
• Conduct raw material inspections and verify items against packing slips.
• Load finished goods for shipment and monitor codes/dates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stage product for production.
