Job summary

Salm Partners in Denmark, WI is seeking a dedicated Shipping/Receiving Associate to support production by supplying materials, loading trucks, and keeping inventory accurate in a GMP and SQF environment.

You will inspect inbound shipments, document logs, stage product for lines, operate a baler, and perform weekly sanitation duties while following GMP, safety rules, and quality standards. This role runs 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Previous material handling, shipping and/or receiving experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Perform daily inventory walk-through and determine supply needs.
• Complete documentation on transfer and receiving logs for raw materials and finished goods.
• Receive inbound shipments, record details, and verify quantities.
• Unload trucks and deliver products to correct locations in the warehouse.
• Inspect inbound materials for accuracy and damage; log details from packing slips.
• Load finished product for shipment and monitor lot/batch information.
• Stage product for production lines and perform sanitation duties as needed.
